Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes, it is a month to month lease that automatically renews every month unless you provide us with a ten day written move-out notice.

The monthly rent covers one month of occupancy from the 1st day of the month through the last day of the month. On the initial move-in you will be provided with one gate card that you are responsible for. Additional or replacement gate access cards are $5.00. Rent will be prorated from the initial move-in date through that month. For every month thereafter a full months' rent is due and is not prorated or refunded on early vacancy. The deposit covers the reutrn of gate access card and requires that the locker be left clean on move-out or the deposit will be forfeited.

What are my payment options?
Cash, check, Visa or Master Card. $35.00 Returned check fee. Payments must be received no later than the 6th day of the month or an additional 10% will be added to the account.

Covering your belongings is up to the individual. We suggest using a cotton (or breathable fabric) blanket, sheet or tarp if you wish to protect your goods from dust. Plastic is not recommended because it will create condensation on your furniture. We have pallets available, use of pallets is strongly recommended and are available at no charge.

What kind of security is provided at your facility?
Gate access is permitted daily from 6:00am to 8:00pm. Access to second floor units and Buildings B and C begins daily at 7:00 am. A closed circuit TV and gate access card records every tenant's entrance onto storage grounds. 6' - 8' chain link fence with barbed wire surrounds the entire property. Storage grounds are checked at closing. All tenants on property at that time are required to leave. Multiple floor storage buildings and climate controlled buildings are hand locked at closing. Local police have 24 hour access onto the property and will check grounds periodically during the overnight hours.

Why do I need my own padlock?
Your personal choice of a padlock contributes to the security of your storage locker. We sell a good quality padlock you can purchase that comes with two keys. We do not keep keys to any tenant's locker. Your lock, your key. We can remove your padlock with your permission and proper identification for a small price if you misplace your keys.

Do you have tractor-trailer or 18wheeler accessibility?
Yes, we have certain storage buildings that we try to reserve if a large tractor-trailer is expected to be arriving with your goods. Providing us with advanced notice will give us the opportunity to make this transition as easy as possible for the mover/trucker.

A ten day notice is required on move-out. Notice can be given by phone, in person, by hand, mail, e-mail or fax.
